About

Hi friends!! I'm Mimi, a PhD student at the University of Glasgow in collaboration with the Imperial War Museums, currently based in London. When I'm not searching through obscure literary biographies or wading through archives, I can be found going exploring or researching my next video for YouTube where I love sharing the random thoughts that cross my mind!

I want to start a discussion about how history is represented in popular culture and how we remember the past today. My goal is to take the sometimes dry academic theories and package them into something fun, interesting and exciting.

Before starting my PhD, I worked front-of-house at a museum and a historic house in London where I met loads of brilliant and wonderful people and where no two days are the same!
