Magna Carta: The most mythologised medieval manuscript

An overdue blog post about my video about the Magna Carta!
I had a lot of fun making this video. During my government-mandated daily exercise, I walked around Runnymede where I gathered my own footage of the memorials there. This is something I really want to do more of, but obviously it isn't possible to travel around the country to make videos at the moment. Hopefully one day I'll make loads of videos featuring real-life landmarks, but for the moment we're stuck with local areas and what I can cobble together from Google searches.
Another thing I enjoyed about this video was finding memes to fill the spaces while I talked. My boyfriend still spontaneously laughs at some of the memes so it seems at least one person appreciates my humour.
This was a more light-hearted, storytime video - hence the memes. There aren't many academic references so that is why I didn't think to make a blog post until now. One thing about internet videos is that they don't always have to be rigorously intellectual. Sometimes you just want to watch something simple that tells you a snippet of something new!
